So I fell asleep listening to this last night, and my dad came in my room to tell me something. Then when he woke me up he said "there's this weird green guy on your phone," and I got super freaked out 😂 I guess it doesn't seem as weird when you're used to it
I passed out watching this, I think I nodded off just as Margaret left. While asleep, I started to hear Chris Crinkle's voice and it turned into a dream where I was Brad Pitt (because Chris Crinkle sounded like him). I was in a kinda wasteland, in a camp speaking to other survivors, when all of a sudden I could hear a paper or plastic cup being scratched or tapped (must've been something I heard in this video). I looked down and it's me/Brad Pitt doing it, then someone asks me why I'm making that noise and I tell them it's to attract the "dogs" that appeared about 100ft in front of us on the other side of a rickety wooden bridge swaying violently and we were now up in the sky, with clouds just under us. These "dogs" we're like black werewolf-like bears with weird coats on, snarling and creeping closer towards us. I fought one as some random guy fought another, then all that was left was a pile of bones and when I'd hover my hand over them I'd absorb their power (not sure what for, there wasn't much in the way of logic happening here). I found myself on the other side now using throwing star things to fight a zombie and pin it up against a wall, then I leapt to the platform I was on originally (because I could do that, apparently) to absorb the power from the bones of the wolves someone else had killed (Skyrim-stylie) and saw one of the female survivors fighting with the zombie dude I'd just pinned, getting herself into a right kerfuffle, so I pointed my palms towards the zombie, told the woman to stop moving, and snapped the zombie's neck with my "powers" (oh, yeah, did I tell you I was Neo?). Then I fought another werewolf bear that was heading for a stupid survivor that was making his way across the bridge to it but he slipped off into the clouds... And that's when I woke up. Moral of the story; Cheers, ER. 👍
Words cannot describe my love for Margret. I just love her a lot, and she's my favorite ASMR character of all time. There's something so beautifully soothing and kind about her even though you can tell she's had an awful past. Thank you, Mr. Rift, for such an amazing character!
ASMR doesn't often make me laugh, but when it does, the video is from good ol' Ephie. Seriously, your humor is just impeccable. Combined with a binaural mic, excellent video and sound quality, and awesome characters with storylines that actually tie in to each other makes you my favorite ASMRtist by far. Keep it up! :)

I'll never ask for a present, but dang Dark Dr Corvus was all about the beak, going "A present? I don't have one..." Fondles his beak like it's not going to be there anymore or something...he sure knows how to get you worked up for a beaking...wait! As I was texting this, Corvus says, "My brother wouldn't approve of this" As he's beaking you! 0.o He beaked you so hard that Dark Dr Corvus had to tag his brother Dr Corvus in!! Oh gawd!
The Rift is such a wonderful place! I'd love a video about how you came up with some of these characters, maybe even a miniseries where you talk about each one. I say that, but basically I want to hear everything about the creative process that lead to Margaret, haha.
I'm officially weird. The second the Candy Man pulled out the eggs, I went downstairs, took twenty minutes out of my day to fry a few eggs, then came back up with eggs and toast. It's four in the morning, so I guess it makes SOME sense...

The way she is so scared about what the professor will do implies to me that he either beats her, or he uses her like a puppet and loses it over the slightest mistake.
Theory: whenever you can see Margaret's eyes nothing bad is going on at the moment and Margaret is sane but when you can't something horrible is happening and she's being controlled
Lampshade Thing should be a permanent character from now on. I've been a long time subscriber and I gotta say he's one of my favorites after the Plague Doctor. I LOVE his echo voice. You should do your “Not Today” video but with a tired Corvus as he does things such as fill out scripts, do surgery on the brown bag puppet (which we, the viewer, would interrupt him), perform a ritual, ect.
Due to the fact that this in the internet I have no way of knowing if you are being sarcastic or not, so if not I will answer your confusion with: all of the characters in this video are played by the same guy Paul. Margaret isn't a girl under the mask, just a very convincing man.
You know, i just want to say thank you for this video. My birthday is October 6th, so even though i know it wasn't, i feel like this video was made for me. Besides the birthday part, all of your videos are amazing, different, odd, and help me sleep every single night. I used to stay up for days at a time not being able to sleep. I dont know whether or not it was insomnia because i never went to the doctor for it. Then i found ASMR, which was a big help. But then, i found your channel. The content here is so different from everyone elses videos. And aside from trying to give your viewers tingles, you try to help us with our daily struggles of insomnia or anxiety. This was absolutely amazing. I love how some of them have their own distinctive triggers, like the candy man. It would be so nice to continue to explore their backgrounds, as well as adding more characters to the collection.

I love Margaret! I'm so happy she is the first to see me today. My anxiety gets better and I sleep so good. I feel bad sometimes I fall asleep during her visits, but she still loves me.
The one trigger that gets me the most is whatever your green man's suit is made of rubbing against itself! The noise of fabrics being rubbed together gives me huge rushes of tingles! Thanks for this vid buddy, I've been a silent diehard fan for a while!
I am not even kidding when I say this viewing has been 2 years in the making. I wanted to watch this on my birthday and only my birthday, but I missed it last year. So this year I set an alarm so I would never forget and I am finally watching it!
