And when they win, the opposite party pays up right? I'm not that familiar with American lawsuits, but can't they charge you for thousands of dollars if they win when you're not even receiving that kind of money?
@@PannenTheKoek In the US an injured plaintiffs hires a personal injury lawyer on a contingency fee basis, in which the plaintiff pays the case expenses and the fee to their attorney only if they obtain a settlement or verdict. In some cases, an injured party will have to pay back medical liens which can in effect put them in a situation where the amount they actually pocket is smaller than the attorney fee amount.
@@9991083 Morgan & Morgan is a plaintiff's firm so they wouldn't defend a personal injury case. Furthermore, a firm couldn't represent both sides in litigation as that would be a conflict of interest...

Your accelerator gas pedal probably seized up rusted up that happened to my Durango on the coast! And in high school I hit two yellow poles and two identical different cars and all my friends made fun of me watch out for the yellow poles LOL
My suggestion for future videos is to increase the volume. I watched multiple videos via my AirPods and the volume did not change. But this video's volume is significantly lower than other videos on RU-vid.
