That is wonderful,I lived and study at Marylhurst Universität,which sadly does not exist anymore😢🤷♂️,they closed in 2018. Me as an International Student from 🇪🇺🇩🇪 I lived in Lake Oswego,both villages are not far away from Oregon City. I was just struck by the thought that when I talked about the early days, I am still talking about someone who is only just fifteen years old. Yours is such an amazing storey. As an ex violinist, I quit violin at suzuki grade 5 (somewhere there). Watching back at karolina's playing with her teacher brings so much memories and nostalgia. I rlly wish that I could have a teacher like that and I would be more than happy to continue learning violin. I remember my violin teacher being very strict and scolded and cane me every violin lesson which always demolished my efforts and destroyed my motivation to play violin. I rlly wish I can go back to violin but my parents sold my violin so I would rlly miss the irl sounds of the violin 😭 If any one of you reading this is planning to quit violin or losing passion in it, pls dont quit. You are sure to regret it eventually as to how I rlly miss playing the violin. I hope yall have a great day/night ahead! 😭
Re united with my music teacher 40yrs after he recruited me for jr high band in the 5th grade. We had a beer together during a fishing trip, Classic!! Sucked at trumpet but found my niche with baritone horn and tuba. Later taught my son baritone in jr high and formed many great memories playing together for family during holidays. I am so thankful Carolina for inspiring many young people to give it a go. Talking speaks to the common events in life, music speaks to the soul.
