Perfection 🥹🥹🥹 I had a semla nearly once a week while in Sweden for 2 months from January to February in 2022. I had never heard of it before arriving to Sweden and it’s my favorite pastry 🥹😭 with a nice hot cup of coffee. I miss those memories.

You take the lid of and eat it first. The you either open up wide or use a pastry fork. Not to forget it's only eaten one day in February: Shrove Tuesday. That's it.
