Our visit has come to an end visiting The Alverca Centre where was the first air museum in Portugal, being smaller, however, full of history, culture and memories!
This centre is dedicated to those who are more into the technical side, in addition to having the Santa Cruz hydroplane ( The first air crossing of the South Atlantic that was successfully completed by Portuguese aeronauts Gago Coutinho and Sacadura Cabral, in 1922 ) there is a wing only with the engines of various aircraft from turboprops to jets.
But that's not all, there are also a lot of ejection seats, machine guns and much more!
