In one of the websites for guidance on letter of invitation i read that it needs to be *notarized* by commissioner of oaths or a notary officer for visiting Toronto, but no such thing was mentioned in any of your videos. u can mention the period beginning from the date when they retired to till today as Retired and also add details about their ex employer as separate entry

depends on the profile also, it is not staight forward, if you have jobs here india and have strong ties, u can easily get visa. dont go after blanket statements.
