I wish there more ovals on this year's schedule, I'm an Indycar fan the UK so oval racing isn't natural for me but over the years I've got to really appreciate the ovals & the drivers who master them. This is a brilliant camera view, excellent video 👍
I was an F1 fan since I was kid growing up in the Philippines. I moved to America in 1995 and started watching IndyCar around 2013. The more you understand ovals the more you appreciate it. Just intense concentration.
Watch the video of Adrian Fernández in 2001 a you will see that is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY! MUCH FASTER THAN THIS! From holy cow, to holy shit. Recommended.
This just makes me cry. I'm so sad I have to miss another year. I just don't feel it's safe yet. I miss TMS, the sounds of the cars. It's all I look forward to all year. I hope next year will be better. Good luck and be safe.
AWESOME!!!!! I loved the bouncing, the muffled? engine sound, so as I watched I can get a sense of the track roughness and speed, much better than the typical in car cam which shows a smooth ride. Great POV video, I almost felt like I was behind the wheel. Would love to see more of these, especially Indy, and road racing circuits (permanent and temporary).
Alright weird question - are Josef's gloves on inside-out? I see a tag waving in the breeze and the seams. New style? 😂 Love the visor cam - thanks for all the great videos!
Wow! Amazing to see from this view! I can't imagine the pain you must get in your neck after a whole race. I get it from a few karting laps haha. Good luck with the championship this year and keep safe as always, you are my favorite driver and hope to see you race in person again soon. :)
@@AndrewLewer90 True that. I'm a big Texas fan and planning to go again this year. But if you want to see an Indycar going any faster, you gotta go to Indy.
Having driven some open cockpit at around 130mph on a road course, I cant even imagine what this feels like! Out of curiosity, with the new windscreen, did it significantly reduce the pull of the helmet on your head? I remember the first time I went out and being surprised at just how strong it felt pulling the helmet up.
@@IanTheMotorsportsMan_YT ah shit. That compound was the same stuff that made Texas a one-lane race last year. I thought they'd learn their lesson by now & removed it.
@@izzdin6228 nope. Because it’s NASCAR, I don’t think they’ll remove it anytime soon. There’s PJ1 at Phoenix, Charlotte, Bristol (which is actually good), New Hampshire, Michigan, Pocono. I think that’s all
