I have a Ademco 20P ver 10.23. I have reprogrammed all zones and tested. In away and stay mode all perimeter alarms trigger. In the away mode my motion detectors will not trigger in away I can fault them and see them on the keypad but they will not alarm in away mode. I noticed in away mode the keypad counts down as away but the the display reads stay mode after count down for some reason
Right off hand, I am unsure which video you are speaking of. If you are talking about an alarm video oh, I do use wireless. If you are talking about Wi-Fi, I do use Wi-Fi. But, whenever I can, I will use a hard line connection versus Wireless.
