What a wonderful discovery Shawn. It is a gem of a country. The town at the top is so historic and such killer views. Mind you surrounding Italy has wonders like that all over. Thanks for sharing this wonderful paradise land.

well, totally missed this on in my "subbox". Was wondering if the St. Louise Gateway Arch was upped yet and saw this one. Really wish we had visited San Marino when we was in Rimini so many years ago.
It's too bad you didn't have much time to explore. You missed the castles. We went there with a cruise excursion and loved exploring the town, castles, and watching the traditions of the locals, especially the drums and flags. Next time.
