Do a search on youtube for vestibular therapy or exercises. There a few therapists on here that demonstrate the exercises.

Have you tried cawthorne cooksley exercises? They helped me but I’m not a doctor so can’t advise you. I also cut down screen time and also started a medication called Piracitam that helped with my weird head feelings. Prayer also helps and leads to answers.
