Super Junior, EXO, Shinee, Girls Generation, Red Velvet, NCT, all of them are vocal lords.. SM really holds the kings and queens of kpop

*Why they are so popular already:* So, basically aespa debuted under SM Entertainment which is a company where many famous idol groups are in, for example NCT, EXO, Red Velvet and such are all from this company. SM is apart of the big three, the big three being YG(BLACKPINK, IKON, BIGBANG, etc.) JYP(TWICE, STRAY KIDZ, ITZY, GOT7, DAY6, etc.) and SM of course. A debut isn't something a company does like every year, for example this was SM's first girl group since Red Velvet and that's six years! So, naturally when it was announced that they were going to debut a new girl group with such a unique concept and with the impact SM already has these girls were already starting to pop off. Of course, there are other factors such as NingNing being a very famously known trainee (she was apart of a Chinese singing competition and the last SMRookie left) already had non-SM stans being pulled in and Karina being a dancer appearing in Taemin's music video for 'WANT' and a car commercial(? I'm not exactly sure what it is) with Kai from EXO had many people on board with their debut. This is why they are so well known from the get-go. *About their concept:* They received a lot of backlash for their concept being similar to another groups called K/DA but I really don't think it's much of a big deal lol😅Anyways, the main idea is that each member has an animated version of themselves. These animated versions are also considered to be apart of the group. Some of them don't look exactly like their representative members and that's because they don't represent the person as is but their alter-ego. They are called the AI-Members or AI-AESPA. That's probably why in the lyrics it says 'I'm addicted, endlessly talking to myself, my aespa." The members and their AI versions were introduced in a series of videos that were released prior to their debut. The videos were were they 'SYNKED" to their AI versions. It showcased the members talents and most probably their positions within the group. The girl at the very end (red dress) is another SM artist called BoA. SM has started this new way of promoting artists comebacks, by putting a teasing clip at the end. At the end of Make A Wish, you could see the flower subway from Black Mamba. In this you can see BoA who’s having a comeback very soon ☺️✨

When karina eyes turn black that was the biggest flex of sm because this debut song spend a lot of money and you can see the story of the concept and black mamba use it as social media because it was dangerous and everything in social media is dangerous because it can ruin yourself

So, Black mamba is the villian. It is keeping the girls from fully connecting with their AI selves. So, the storyline will be the girls trying to find a way to reunite with their AI version of themselves in their two separate worlds.

I think aespa's popularity already will partly come from their teaser photos and stuff, and also they're from SM which is one of the big 3 companies so they're gonna be a bit popular from debut anyway I think, same as ITZY and Treasure and TXT rather than from smaller companies 😅 and also one of the members, Karina, was sadly involved in a scandal before debut which was fake, just some people making up rumors for clout 😕 but that probably made them more popular because it made them more well known 😦 Karina also appeared on SHINee's Taemin's MV and dance practice for 'want' and on the SMxHyundai showcase with EXO's Kai, and Ningning was on a TV show for singing in China (her home country) when she was a bit younger, so this probably why they have a lot of popularity, but they deserve it, they're so talented!! 😁

KWANGYA is where their ae-avatar lives. SYNK is an app where they communicate with each other and FLAT is where they meet. The Black Mamba invaded the AESPA world and is preventing them to meet (aespa x ae-avatar). Karina’s eyes became dark because she got possessed by the Black Mamba. (The Black Mamba is the virus, notice how Ningning, the one with the huge glasses got confused because the systems are glitching.) And that’s where their story started. There’s still a lot of happenings on the MV tbh they have to join forces to save the aespa world and we’ll witness all of that soon on their upcoming MVs in the future.

Karina was in a performance dance with Exo's Kai for a car's ad and the logo of Aespa was in the end of "One monster & infinity" MV by Superm that's how many people already heard about them .. and they definitely worth it

They are very young and really attractive. Their talent is beyond expectation, I believe they will be more successful in the future and please support them.

The plants, flowers and the butterflies on the aespa land are similar to EXO's land in the intro of their debut music video MAMA. The flower garden inside the train appeared at the end of Make a Wish MV by NCT. And the aespa logo appears at the end of SuperM MV One. So, basicly the concept of SM Ent. related to each other.

Why this group got so much hype: the group has easily the most talked about concept in kpop. Before the music video released, EVERYONE had an opinion about aespa ready. Its kinda crazy because most of it is based on speculation, misinformation and exaggeration. But let me tell you people were REALLY curious how this would turn out. Apart from that SM is still the most prestigious label in kpop (even though BTS as an individual group is now more influential). However SM has a really long legacy of producing the biggest kpop groups, so contrary to other companies, people have really high expectations from their groups. For other companies, people are more cautious about their excitement, because they're not sure if the company will be able to recreate the success of the senior groups before them.

The vegetation is the same one you reacted to at the the end of the NCT Make a Wish video (they're both from SM). And speaking of NCT, drop the 127 Cherry Bomb reaction, Sammy!

Don’t know if you’ve heard about it, but SM has introduced this thing called SMCU which explains the teasers we’ve been getting in the end of One, Make a Wish and now Black Mamba. They’re doing a storyline similar to the Marvel Cinematic Universe uniting their groups and artists. So the person in the end was actually BoA who is having q comeback in December to celebrate her 20th anniversary. I saw a lot of people thinking it was a new member or one of the aespa members which just tells you how that woman never ages! She looks etheral!

SYNK - is how the users and their æs communicate with each other, probably an app like LYSN, SM's current fandom app REKALL - the time the users spend with their æs FLAT - the place where the users could co-exist with their æs, as shown in the æspa SYNK, Karina teaser NAVIS - is the artificial intelligence (AI) operating system that connects æs with their real-life counterparts. 나비 is pronounced nabi and the meaning is "butterfly". Also shown in the group name: the "æ"-ligature is looking like a butterfly. KWANGYA - the virtual "wilderness" inhabited by the æs I really like this concept!

6:39 Why do people already know about aespa? 1. Because they are from SM Entertainment. 2. SM Entertainment debuted a girl group after 6 years of Redvelvet's debut. (Which was a long time ago) 3. SM Entertainment is famous for its SMRookies (Trainees who were introduced and famous even before debut). There have been several female and male trainees introduced and well known at SMRookies. And all the male trainees in SMRookies have already debuted with NCT in 2016. So fans are looking forward to the debut of female trainees. Although in the end, only Ningning, a member of SMRookies, debuted with aespa.

For debut song. Black mamba (Dendroaspis polylepis) is a species of highly venomous snake. Description for aespa's debut song : Story of adventures unrolled upon the realization that 'Black Mamba’ is a threatening existent to the world and a hindrance to the connection of aespa & 'ae', their avatars. You can see in the MV, suddenly black mamba came to their world. And then karina's eyes change, I think its like their poisoned. And after that ae-Karina seems so sad looking to karina and ae-Winter dissappear in the mirror. And finally they fight back.
