I was having b12, 209 pg/mol, I am vegetarian,suffering all symptoms even if my b12 is 300 pg/mol. Now Homocysteine 14.8 (higher side), Suffered from diaherria and constipation, acute needles and pins in toyes and legs, tiredness, acute blurred vision some times,forgetfulness, balance problem, litharginess, pale skin, tasteless, tingling. Small doses of b12 did not served . Macobalamin 1500 mcg gave relief. Dr. Sahib explained very accurately.
