Thank you for your incredible work. Chronic Lyme damage and high intracellular calcium have led me to take between 40,000iu and 100,000iu vit D with K2 per day for at least 2 years now. No jab, no face cloth, no Covid.
hi Sally, have you ever heard it said that studies show massive high absorbtion of calcium because of exposure to EMF, via phones, routers etc. The cell gates are tricked into opening to allow calcium because of the micro voltage signal ??
@@mikethompson4580 what???! This is juicy!!! I remember when 5g towers where comming out and there were some studies showing possible harms in animal studies...... Love it how time tells all.
Thanks for that information... I have been taking vitamin D for several yea rs... No smallest infection so far. I work as a teacher. Many vaccinated got infected. I am not. 👍
The vaccine doesn't prevent you getting infected, it reduces severity of infection. Similarly Vitamin D doesn't stop you getting infected. I guess you aren't teaching Biology?
Thanks for the heads up. We've been taking vitamin D for a long time. We take 4000iu every day. November December January February I take 8000iu in the winter months. Also take vitamin K every day to help prevent calcification. We're unvaccinated but Delta recovered. Second antibody test nine months apart still showing antibodies which still aren't accepted for international travel! 6000 miles already done on the bike already this year. Feeling great and confident. It's about time natural immunity was recognised around the world unlike the obsessive injection which is waning quickly. MR. Raszek of course we love the channel.
We suffer from vitamin D deficiency in the Northern hemisphere. Even in winter sunshine the ability to absorb Vitamin D is poor because of the low angle of the sun in relation to the earths atmosphere. We double up in winter with our intake. Currently with evolution people along the equator struggle with vitamin D absorption because of the melanin in the skin preventing the absorption. Even when Northern hemisphere people travel to the equator we prevent our vitamin D intake with sun protection cream.
@@madplanet3351 Dr Mercola also says the absorption takes place on the torso and back are which in colder climes with lower sun angles makes that a bit cold. 😁 So the face neck and hands are not quite enough surface area to get what we need. Good food supplement. What about Norwegian cod liver oil?

I take 500mg Quercetin, 50mg zinc, bromelien, 5000IU Vit D with K2, 1000mg VitC, Vit B complex daily. My D level is 62. 60 being the max level to reach. I'm at 62 which means I take supplements of D. My B levels reached 1,125, which is way too high. 820 is max. So My doctor said stop B for a while.. I'm not vaxed, no virus, no colds, no flu for over 10 years. I do have my blood tested 2x a year to be sure I'm not over supplementing.
Thank you Doctor, for this information and all the previous incredible information you have brought us over the course of this pandemic. You along with a select group of specialists have kept us ( the watchers ) informed and sane when we could've fallen like many did. I knew about Vit. D ( with K2 ) and have stayed well through this entire time ( UnVxd). So very glad to see the censorship dissolving as we now move to the "post" stage so we can learn as much as we can to avoid another outbreak.
Thank you! The information is always good. When my daughter was around 12 or 13, her mental health deteriorated rapidly. She became depressed, irritable and unmotivated. Her Dr ordered a blood test and the only abnormality was very low vitamin D. We immediately supplemented and within days there were big improvements in her mood and energy. It was literally like flipping a switch. We lived in Melbourne, Australia....no shortage of sunshine and my daughter walked to and from school, played sport outside etc. At the time our state was reporting low vitamin D across the population, with estimates 40% were deficient. The accompanying explanation was that we'd been 'too effective' with skin cancer prevention. I always felt there was something off about this explanation. Both my kids hated wearing sunscreen and refused to wear it by the time they went to high school. Even if they had applied it at 8am, by lunchtime they would have had to reapply it. They ate well and had very limited exposure to junk food. So how is it a whole population living in a generally sunny part of the world becomes vitamin D deficient?
Sounds like that source of vitamin D is simply not enough since Australia sounds like over of the sunniest places in the world. We clearly must need diet source as well to get enough?
@@Merogenomics You're kidding, right? Exposure to noon day summer sun can produce as much as 30,000 IU per 30 minutes. What possible dietary source can match that?
@@timower5850 as per my naturopath you need long term exposure to build it up in your body. Which is why 2 weeks on Maui every year doesn’t raise mine. I’ve tested before and after and still deficient. I don’t wear sunscreen.
Excellent! I've been watching many of your videos, but just found the transcripts today. I always use closed captioning when watching anything, so these were appreciated. Your style of presenting scientific health information is so easy to understand. You clear away the mumbo jumbo and explain complicated things in an easy to understand way. Thank you for your straightforward explanations!
Thank you for your thoughtfulness and inquiry into vitamin d research mechanisms, one thing to clarify is that the metabolites you named, the kidney is not the main source of calcitriol for systemic use. it is instead the autocrine and paracrine system, that enables all cells with vitamin d apparatuses to use and convert as necessary. All cells have that. The kidney conversion of calcidiol (calcifediol) into calcitriol is regulated and locked in tight to the calcium and phosphorus system of endocrine function. It is important and imperative to understand these differences.
@@Merogenomics Thank you! this article helps understand these differences, The Role of the Parent Compound Vitamin D with Respect to Metabolism and Function: Why Clinical Dose Intervals Can Affect Clinical Outcomes Bruce W. @@Merogenomics We are counting on you for Vit K info - which types? And how much, relative to ‘x’ D3 supplementation and body mass? Thank you in advance!
Happy to say some of us didn’t have to wait over two years for researchers and doctors to tell us this information. Unfortunately the ones that knew were censored, discredited, canceled, and silenced. Take some MK-7 Vitamin K-2 with your D3. Start slow and build up your levels. A huge Bolis at first will kick in a disposal system that leads to a deficiency. 5000 to 10,000 a day.

Yes! To me people called it correct before the authorities! Indeed, I'm assuming everyone would have been taking vitamin D for a while. I was late to a party but I had to convince myself first with science.
Mind (each one) to take into account the fact that here in Spain we have a significant higher average of sunlight hours/day. That may affect the conclussions of the study, not being strictly aplicable to other latitudes. Thanks for your work, once angain! Hugs from Spain 🤗

Hi Doctor! What are your thoughts on the BA2 variant. I’m seeing so much conflicting information regarding the severity as well as the protection based on previous infection. Any insight?! My family and I all got sick mid January (presumed to be The original Omicron, BA1), and were curious if we have any form of protection against the BA2. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Unfortunately it is now increasing in spread in both Canada and Alberta. The good news is that we are not hearing much about it yet, so one hopes that it continues to have similar mildness profile. Because it stems from the Omicron family, one hopes that the natural immunity offered by BA1 infection will translate to continued protection against BA2. So is my hope but would love to hear more from other experts. Hope that helps and thank you for enjoying this channel!
On top of vitamin d3 supplements we bought a Sperti vitamin D machine a couple years ago leading into COVID. We’ve never got the shots. We’re in our 50’s. Finally got COVID early March. Sick for a few days then done. Also took ACES, NAC and zinc

Always good to keep some skepticism when anyone is trying to convince you about science. Haha, this channel included! This pandemic showed how quickly prevailing science can turn out to be inaccurate
For some reason no matter what dose of vitamin D I take, my blood test always reveals that I have extremely low vitamin D. I was infected with Covid and thankfully only experienced extreme pain for 5 days and a sensation of ice running through my veins. With really low Vitamin D I thought I would be one of the unlucky people who did not survive. Maybe my extremely healthy vegan diet and extremely high vitamin B12 levels saved me.
There are some genetic conditions that cause low vitamin D levels in the absence of the other usual causal factors (seasonality, ethnicity, diet, etc).
I'm going to sub just for the Halibut! Watched a couple of vids. I still side with Stefan Lanka et al. You talk a lot about computational models. That always gives Stefan a chuckle. However you do touch on a few good subjects with real substance and research. Like several of your subs, just looking / seeking for information to save myself from Big Pharma, their medical accomplices and their theories. Just a viewer on a quest for knowledge - not arguments. Now back to your videos.
Thanks for great comment! Yes, computational modeling can sometimes be a joke. I talk about molecular modeling though which is fairly powerful these days as so many actual atomic structures of biomolecules are published each year (for example, thousands of SARS-CoV-2 structures have been deciphered and published). So I do give them more street cred than some of the other computational models used in sciences ;)
Do you think vit D can also prevent the awfull adverse events after the mRNA jabs? (after jab2 I got vasculitis in my nose. I think that was an auto immune reaction after even 6 months. Ofcourse I did not take a booster and will never ever take a mRNA jab again. )
I would for sure to continue boosting my immune system. Plus health diet and exercise. Those are my main measures: vitamin D and Betadine diluted iodine solution gargling
I would like to see you making a video about Iodine, it has strong anti viral properties but it has a bad image cause people are told to be cautious since too much could cause hashimoto's disease. I found most of this is untrue through a researcher Guy E. Abraham MD. I would love to know more about the metabolic processes in relation to Iodine's anti viral properties so even it wasn't on the ballot that's what I vote for.
I read a study where testosterone levels increased up to 25% if 4,000 IU D3/day was taken. Testosterone has been shown to dampen the immune system response, but all the other cool Vitamin D3 actions mentioned probably outweigh any negative issues from the increased testosterone levels?
As I understand it, most people are vitamin D deficient, vitamin D plays a big role in protein transcription. What I've been wondering about, did the people that had no reactions to the mRNA vaccines, were the proteins ever transcribed as intended, were their doses effective.
My husband and I have been taking Vitamin D, zinc and C since the beginning. We had the Pfizer vaccine last April and second does in May. The only side effect we had( that we know of??? ) was a sore arm. I gave blood in Feb and my blood showed as still positive for antibodies. I have not had COVID that I know of. I know that’s not scientific, but I thought I’d share that with you.
This discussion is coming over and over, and it seems it stems from an old doc I already covered in video23. That document had an appendix of side effects to potentially monitor for, as assembled from the history of vaccines, and not a list of side effects actually observed. But this appendix is what people are using thinking it was some enormous list of toxic side effects attributable to vaccines. Thus to me it is just a big misunderstanding of that particular information. However, I have not studied any of the allegedly new info released since then
We used to think vitamin D was a bone-related nutrient. Now we recognize it is a prohormone, modified by hydroxylation in the kidney and liver to produce 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol. This nutrient, in turn, is an immune-modulating hormone with effects on gene expression through the cholecalciferol receptors capable of forming dimers with retinoic acid receptors. The resulting heterodimer can regulate gene expression and have great influence on cellular development. Therefore, the importance of vitamin D extends beyond bone to the support of immune function.

@@mirabella2154 it sounds like $ is the main objective then, right? Well, in Canada we have public healthcare and it costs tremendous amount of $! If I were to reason that milk contains vitamin D, then that same reasoning should show that heavy milk drinkers were less likely to acquire the Covid virus. So the question to ask is... Do children consume more milk than seniors?

vitamin D wide impacts on metabolism, body defenses, physiology, inflammation and immunity, should concretise in reducing the COVID issues & in a better vaccines answer. While under overall COVID-19 challenge, highervitamin D doses and variable durations may be considered under specific needs and medical survey, a general average of 3000 IU/day (21 000 IU/week), eventually adjusted up to 25 000 / week in night workers, for 3 months, would be a good public health recommandation start to curve the CoV2 Third wave in 2021.
