yes. you dont have to add anything. vitamin e,eggs, and rosemary are the best. every day. Even if your losing your hair it will stop your hair loss and regrow your hair. You just have to do it every day for the rest of your life. so make a decision

@AngelchocoPie sure! i mix like half a spoon of ghee (clarified butter) with 1 vitamin e capsule. i apply this only on my hair length and use normal oil on my scalp.
What I did for my hair fall control. I mixed 4-5 drops of rosemary oil in my liitlleexttra cocoonnoin shampoo during application and I kept on continuing this for approximately 3-4 months and I saw my hair fall decreased so much.

Oil regularly like everytime you shampoo,use microfibre towel,use DIY leave in conditioner and also use moisturizing maska and potiem treatment every once a month if low porosity hairs and every two weeks if high porosity hairs 😊 hope it helps all the very best ♥️

Yeah, I always buy a small bottle of pure vitamin e oil and mix it with pumpkin seed and rosemary oil for my weekly treatment. I sometimes apply a small amount with a cotton bud to the areas that are super dry or flaky due to hard water during the week. Not sure if the capsules have different properties tho?
I think it's because vitamin e capsules are a perfect amount. You're not over or under doing it.. And you're keeping it sealed better if you're not one to do it all the time. If you're someone to do this constantly or use vitamin e for a lot of things, then yeah, it makes more sense to buy the the pure stuff
