Is it ok to take for health purposes even if u don’t work out. I mix it with fruits. Cuz I’m disabled so just want to make sure I don’t lose to much muscle mass
I'm trying to upgrade my protein intake and protein powders I have always gotten from Wal-Mart walgreens or BJs wholefoods. And they always had muscle milk or well their brands / sixstar. Can't wait to try 💪
That's great to hear! Protein powder was the first supplement I got way back when I started over a decade ago so you're already on point. Strawberry shortcake makes great milkshakes as well as icecream. Recipes are endless!
I feel it holds together better than others. However I think it's discontinued. It's now Modern Sports Nutrition Modern ISO + which are great for ice pops and regular cold shakes and smoothies
Yup. I take it everyday. I like the birthday cake flavor for my post workout protein pancake and the strawberry or vanilla with a dash of cinnamon in my morning oatmeal
I've been using Optimum Nutrition gold standard for about 6 years now but they just thought making banana crane. Been looking into this brand how is the banana cream and vanilla or Honestly. I've read a lot of reviews and people say they like the strawberries and cream that they used to have over the new Strawberry Shortcake that you said was pretty good?
Gotcha, yeah the vanilla is good but I'm not a fan of the banana cream as it isn't strong enough. I usually add the vanilla to my hot cereal, protein pancakes, or shake with milk. But the strawberries and cream is definitely my favorite with birthday cake, red velvet and chocolate close behind
