@@oms_fs for origin OS it's still a problem. But enabling autostart will make the app run in background. Also it's not a problem in Funtouch OS the global version of every vivo and iqoo phone gets it. There the icons of the apps in the control centre and notification shade is a problem.

Battery > Background power consumption management > High power background usage Security > more security settings > Device app notifications > Allow notifications ( real time ? ) Permission management > Autostart + Display on lockscreen + Background pop-ups

You mean microphone isn't recording and moving it to your keyboard. Yes, we got some people that say this to some apps, which is strange. Hopefully fixed with a firmware update.
Thank you so much for your outstanding review for setting up a Vivo phone. I have a Vivo X Fold + and I love its hardware but unfortunately the software drives me nuts. I did all the tricks you and others mentioned for notification management but some apps don't alert and show notifications and on the other hand sometimes the phone rings when there's no notification showing. This really drives me crazy. The phone is a master piece but this experience ruins it. Any advice?
Are you saying notifications are still problematic after following this video? Have you ever solved this issue? On the fence if I should get a Chinese version...

Excellent. Just one question. Having experimented with deleting a few apps using ADB, but how do I list and restore them? They aren't listed in the Uninstalled or Disabled lists.

Call recording could work, but is going away more and more in China, as it isn't allowed do to privacy. DoN#t know, why some people want to record phone calls.

@Omar Bin AbdulAziz 🐪🕊 if you’re asking me, I actually got the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, the Chinese version, but it doesn’t support 3rd party launchers so, now I’m selling it and I’ve already ordered the X Note. Might seem silly and a waste of money, but why own an android phone if I can’t use a 3rd party launcher and customer my home screen?

not possible, like with every china smartphone, not possible. Samsung has limited the connection really hard. Had the same problem, switched to TIC WATCH 3 PRO, LOVE IT. Better battery time, same features, not so limited.
A lot of times when I want to uninstall a vivo user app I am being asked to enter my password for my vivo account. After I do it says "operation successful" but the uninstallation still fails because it keeps asking me to enter my password. Any advice? Also, does the global version (Funtouch) require all these adjustments for simple app notifications as well?

I'm interested with the latest Iqoo 10pro which just recently launched. However my country did not officially have this brand, so I need to buy and import it from China. And I get to know from some of the current Iqoo users in my country, quite a number of them mention that there are delay or totally no notification alert at all for apps like whatsapp, wechat, telegram, messenger, fb and so on. Would you mind to reconfirm that whether this issue really exist for Iqoo users which uses OriginOs, and outside of China?

Hi and thank you for your great tutorial, but i have a problem that maybe you can help me with. I have the Vivo X90 Pro Plus in the UK. I downloaded ADB and turned on developer mode. When i connect my phone to the computer and ADB software, everything comes up as it should, but when i try to uninstall certain apps, a message comes up on my phone saying i am trying to uninstall something and need to log into my vivo account to allow the uninstall. The problem is when i log in to the account, the PC program then crashes and i am just going round in circles. Is there a way to disable the Vivo message that asks me to log into my account? Cheers

Origin OS seems to be a good os for me but at the same time, I've found that google photo backup and google map time line aren't functioning on Origin OS, is there any specific method to solve this issue?
The only thing I am struggling with at the moment is to make RU-vid Vanced work on my phone. Although I'm already signed in with my Google account in the app, I have a bug that is showing me that I'm offline and I can't connect to the Internet. After I'm deleting the cache on Vanced Manager, Vanced Micro G & RU-vid Vanced, the app works for a while then crashes all over again... Do you have any idea what to do about it?
try this one press on micro g long press , setting . permissions .single permissions setting . and activite all . autostart,startup,floating window... etc restart the phone and try again
So everything went fine. As said, you can't make really something wrong. If you uninstall to much, you can reset the phone and everything is back there.
If there isn't this option, than you maybe don't need it. Does Play Store work. usually when you install play store, open it, it tells you direct, the Google Service have to be activated and jumps to this option.

Hi can I check is there a solution for watching RU-vid videos full screen option with the phone opened up? Apparently this can be done on Samsung phones but for Vivo seems to be issue. Full screen viewing but not zoomed in (whereby you will miss out some details of the video)
I don’t receive notifications for email or messages on my Lock Screen. Is there a setting to allow for a pop up? Also a tap to wake setting for the Lock Screen? Sorry if this is basic, I’m new to Android.
Can be sometimes apps doesn't send notification to Lockscreen but usually you should activate it in notification. You have three options I think it was icon, notification bar and Lockscreen. Activate all.
Help Needed, I just bought a Chinese version of Vivo X70 Pro Plus installed with Origin OS Ocean (version PD2145_A_5.18.1), for some reason the hands free “Hey Google & Voice Match” can’t be selected on this device , it says “ This feature is currently unavailable on this device”! Great video, thanks. I can´t get Google Maps location history to work. It tells me it is off, but does not allow me to turn it io. When I go into my Google account and look up location history / devices on this account, it has a warning against (the device) "There was a problem getting this setting, Please try again later." Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi I bought the X100 and followed steps from this video. But when I switch on the Bluetooth the Bluetooth icon doesn't show up on the notification bar. And some apps don't show notifications at all and system apps can't be removed on OriginOS 4. Any help?
Blutooth icon doesn't show, this is strange, maybe something killed too much. Notifications, should work, haven't heard. Maybe some settings are missing and I know from some apps, that the AI learned and showed me later notifications from apps, I used more often.
@@Tradingshenzhen The thing is only the Bluetooth icon doesn't show up but Bluetooth works as normal. I can live with this but would like to know if its a bug or something I did. And thanks for the reply.
@@tintin999 but you find it under settings? So I think a bug, maybe solved in the next update. Or a fresh reset could help, maybe some settings have been toggeled, that you have forgot.

I am trying to remove bloatware with Vivo x90 pro plus but it doesnt seem to let me uninstall it. In every app it asks for vivo account confirmation . I do confirm it but the ADB app doesnt uninstall it. Any idea?

yes, i use the Ticwatch Pro 3 with my Vivo. But you have to be aware. You have to install Google Wear OS CHINA (can be found on apkmirror.com) and Google Wear OS from the Play Store. Both have to be on the device.

Komisch, also wenn du online auf dem Desktop einen Account machst, sollte das gehen. Sonst mei Tipp immer. Anderes Handy vorhalten, google translate die Funktion für Übersetzung von echtzeit Foto nutzen, dann weiß man was da steht.

Strange but try to open it, power management and so, usually the ai learns and after a couple of days it worked. Vivo is is one of the best ai learn os I know.
