@/_ord Ludicrous 1 can support 4k as well. Not sure about port 3

Try doing a factory reset and then do the initial setup again. And also note that you should have internet to setup initially.

What if it keeps doing that The last one I already reset it and it still did the same thing so I got a replacement TV and it's doing the same thing with this guy saying?

That's true, its smartcast is not so good because its not a Android TV. This tv is good if you use it with ROKU or other devices.
