Vizio TV P502ui B1 No Back Light No Picture Black Screen FIX 2020 part2 

So idk who creat this radiator- heat sink but it doesn't make sent to me. to take it out it will take time and I just took all this tape out and drill holes to make ventilation work better. Fan idea is good and I will install it in part 3. but I don't want invert board gives the power to fan. Any ideas on how to plug 12 volts from the power board of tv?
