even if you beat a fed case its a stress reliever for sure and better than doing life, but from my experience any real dude that beats a fed case realizes he still didnt win.. By the time you reach trial, especially with the pandemic you probaly would have already done 2 years in jail on remand awaiting everything..and its also harder to fight your case being inside , thats why having a significate amount of money is crucial, so a lawyer can handle your case from the outside at 100% effort. and while being inside you could catch extra charges depending how you plan to spend/do your time. if the feds are charging you, your guilty peroid usually.. they really dont waste there time ,thats why overturning the judge is so hard, and the rate is 98%.. but always FIGHT it!
