Вот то же самое хотела написать. При том, что мы в России не страдали и не страдаем от недостатка великолепных танцовщиков, но впечатление от Малахова именно такое: лишили нас такого уникального сокровища.
Of course wonderful, so emotional and moving Albrecht as just his Albrecht can be. Could you please tell me what year was that performace? Thank you in advance, it's very important for me.
Not particularly fond of his turns, single cabriole, but the man can float. Find an old video of him doing bluebird, still don't like his tours and he does the short short version of the variation, but, damn, he floats, light as a feather. It's just fun to watch.
@MrNocco HE IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE KIND OF DANCERS THAT WE LIKE ,AND TOLD WE,BUT WHEN SAW HIM IN FIRST HALF 80'S I WAS TRUELY AMAZED BY HIS QUALITIES ,MUST ADMIT,DESPITE THE FACT HE IS VERY FAR FROM MY FAVOURITE DANCERS IN GENERAL.SAW HIM IN NARCISSUS THAT IS POSTED ,HAVE A LOOK.
Vladimir, I believe--was the greatest of his generation. The little bastard Russkie is retired now. He reminds one of Nureyev. But... you all know how evolution works. He actually out-Nureyev's Nureyev. God Help us all. I do wish he and Svetlana Zakharova would do a ballet together already. Two of the very best of their kind in their field. I believe Malakhov surpasses Nureyev and Zakharova just might actually surpass Natalia Makarova. I believe those two need to share the stage... very, very soon...
im not criticizing his technique cuz it is rather flawless here... however: nothing special... i mean he hardly does a single cabriole... i dont understand how he is considered a star... sure he has good feeling but so do a lot of people....
