Do bits of the dishes in between cooking - when you’re waiting for something to boil, etc - it’s a life saver because when you’re done eating and you’re full, it’s just left with your plate and cooking pot

Hi Zoe! I’m never early to your videos :( but I wanted to say thank you. I’ve never found a RU-vidr or influencer that made me want to better myself. Since I first started watching your videos, I randomly get these moments where I crave to do something good for myself eg: eat healthy, workout, study, clean my room, do puzzles, etc. I’ve been able to keep up with good eating habits and daily workouts for almost a week now using your videos for motivation.
