Hey there! (I do like the ones where you sit and talk, lol). Excuse me if this is too personal of an ask, but what is the purpose of the range of motion? Is it for stretching/flexibility, or something else? It seems like stretching, but I thought maybe that was too obvious :)
Yes for stretching and flexibility. To keep my joints as mobile as possible. Range of motion is actually something that they measure. My tattoo " My spirit transcends my limitations." It actually came from a poem and I thought about it for probably 2 years before I got it.
