This vlog documents a detailed, step-by-step process of a half engine change performed by a group of B.Sc. Automobile second and third-year students at the Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT), N-4, CIDCO, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The entire process was meticulously captured using a OnePlus 12 mobile phone by Onkar Pandharinath Kalaskar and Pratik Wankhade.

This first part of the vlog focuses on the disassembly and cleaning of the Hero Honda Splendor NXG engine components. Viewers can expect a comprehensive breakdown of the process, including:
Engine Disassembly: Witness the students meticulously dismantle the engine, separating crucial parts like the engine block, piston, and cylinder head.
Cleaning Procedures: Each disassembled component undergoes a thorough cleaning process. This includes the engine block, piston, timing chain and tensioner, timing roller, clutch plate, clutch cable, and accelerator cable, carburettor, cylinder head, engine body parts, and overall engine assembly.
Other: air filter box, and other body parts deep cleaning by proper use of components
Bearing and Engine Part Greasing: The vlog will showcase the students carefully greasing all bearings and vital engine parts to ensure smooth operation after reassembly.
Petrol Tank Cleaning: The detailed cleaning process of the motorcycle's petrol tank will also be covered.
Cable Change: Clutch operating cable, accelerator cable, ignition cable are changed.also air filter is changed, rear drum damper rubber was changed.
