When I know my ride entails going into the highway, I will put on my full face for safety purposes. Been doing so for the 3-4 years I have been riding. I think in extreme start stop traffic, it does get hot. And also if you do delivery because you have to get on and off the bike often. But for casual riding, it really is not hot and you get used to it.

Farhan, I can confirm that now the equipment (helmets and guards) at XXdc (near Malaysia) is still free for all to take but everything smells like salted fish, especially at afternoon sessions. New student riders please get your own equipment for hygiene and comfort sake! Learner's package is easily available at many bike shops. Nearest one could be HelmetBoys at chong pang (despite some reviews saying staff bochup, it's true. But price is decent for learner package)

Full face all the way for me! Although I'm tempted to get a modular for the convenience of short drink breaks during long riding days (and also for 2A and class 2 lessons)

Nice video bros! Something different from the norm! Im loving the new content. 1 suggestion i have is that in the future can consider making a video on differently shaped helmets. Different brands are suited to different shapes such as, round-oval, intermediate-oval & long-oval. Buying helmets according to size is not enough as head shape is equally important for comfort and the perfect fit.

i would never trust an open face helmet with but modular designs seems interesting.

I alternate between a GT Air and J-force 4 on my rides to work. If you ride daily you would appreciate the awesome ventilation and the fit. It fits way better than my 2 Arais which I already sold off. Shoei FTW!

Helmet chin bar offers some rain protection.. Quite painful when your neck is being sprayed on.. Especially mcycles without windshield. This is why I prefer modular

Ask people bring their helmet and do a review :D... not all fullface r hot, the cheap ones maybe, the premium brands u have to really try it to know the difference. it all comes down to materials used. cheap helmets use polycarbonate plastic, good and high end one use fibreglass and carbon fibre. EPS liner also different. its the clever use of materials tat give premium helmets the comfort and heat dissipation. but of course nothing wrong with wearing something affordable to get the job done. I heard one more thing also. Malaysians like to come SG to buy premium helmets as dowry because SG sell genuine premium helmets, is it true? can anyone confirm? I hearsay only just wan to know if true

Full face all the way. After my crash, with an open face, I would rather be hot than loose my chin. BBDC allows full face helmet as long as it's PSB approved but then again that was like 8 years ago. I think Zar should decommission his kiss helmet. I think there is an "expiry date" for helmets. Think for Arai is 7 years. This is due to the materials degrading.

And everyone(ang moh) on the page was like flaming about how the rider(you) wasnt wearing proper rider gear and all, but im like, they havent seen what asian riders are capable wearing😂😂
