I got the sudden urge to make a VLOG again! :)
Sadly I realized I could not use a lot of the footage when I got back home, because of bad audio and "dizzy" camera-work.
Probably need a newer action-camera to get a wider field of view.
But still I hope you enjoy it. Maybe will be more in the future.
We start the day in Göteborg....in my bed.
First stop is in Lysekil, after that Kungshamn.
And we end the day in Uddevalla.

@@queyehaach7204 It's easier to do with long trailers and short drawbars than with medium trailer and long drawbar. When I was still a trainee, I was reversing on construction sites, between and around concrete blocks to get in position for loading asphalt cakes (cut up asphalt pieces), gravel, rocks and, at some points, mud.

A new day with new opportunities. Sensible to first have to do an alcohol test. LOL, still get paid. Recycling is a good thing. The smoking truck is not good. You can drive well backwards, better than me. Nice vlog.

i don't know how the rules work in Sweden but a crack like that in a windshield here in NZ would put you of the road until repaired as its COF fail other wise great vid (BTW the aircraft was a Lockheed c-130 )

um safety sally side note: the mini universal joint hanging from your neck while cute may not work in the truck (possibly steering) but may leave a nice imprint so rescuers can identify the body

Volvo is using the same type of breathalyzer on their buses. IF you peel of the VOLVO sticker in front, You will see that it actualy is casted as a oldschool gsm/NMT !!! Buttons and mic. holes are visible! There is no marking of what type of phone it could have been, and there is no marking of what buttons there would be.

Why do you need to do the breath thing before starting your truck? Is that required on all trucks? In the USA, only people who have convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol have them, if they are even allowed to drive. Personally, I think they are a good safety precaution.

A breathalyzer, lol, smart in company trucks. They should put those in Swift trucks 😂. (If you don’t get that, your probably not American or Canadian, Swift drivers have a bad reputation of being really bad drivers.)

Ja, nu är det nog vanligare med automat. Även om den egentligen är uppbyggd som en manuell, fast lastbilen sköter växlingarna.

Another great video! I loved the shadowy wave while on your way to work. Also, the "wobbly-head cam" was, well, not the best. I appreciate the "something different", but I did kind of miss the long stretches of winding countryside that appear in many/most of your vids. These videos are a real treat, every time you upload! Excellent video dude 👍🏻 Why is everybody’s windscreen cracked in Sweden? Is there a reason for this. I’ve been watching other trucker vlogs in Sweden and they all have a giant crack in the windscreen!

Road safety maintenance during the last cold days of autumn, winter, and early spring we sprinkle gravel and other anti-slide materials, which, when trapped in the tread, is ejected back into the windscreen of vehicles positioned too closely. Another reason is that the stress on the windscreen on trucks can cause it to crack if something bangs against it just in the right angle.

Hi Andreas! RU-vid turned off my notifications for your channel (apparently) even though the bell was on. I have missed a number of your terrific videos and I have missed you as well. This was a great Vlog and I learned a lot! It's great information and entertainment for a retired senior (63) citizen like myself. I will have to go back and binge watch the videos I missed for sure. Love it at 21:41 ! Nice video. I love the scenery. Question: Why was it necessary to drop the crates then pick them up from the other side before loading? I wouldn''t have thought it mattered which way they went in when loaded? Nice crack across your windscreen too, btw. Greetings from Australia.

I can understand why you wounder :) But its a Little opening on the otherside of them. It dosent matter to me, but the Place I drop them of at, want them that way. They are put in a looong line.

@@truckdriver1982 Thanks for the reply. Makes it quicker & easier when they take them off I guess, & not much more work for you loading. I liked seeing how the forklift was mounted and removed on the back of your truck. I've always been amazed by the compactness of those forklifts. I see them a lot here on the back of trucks delivering bricks & tiles on pallets to construction sites (new houses, etc where there are no unloading facilities). I feel educated today! Regards to Pikachu.
