I just wanted to say at 12:30 mins in I honestly wanted to cry with happiness for you. I don’t know you personally but I am so proud of you because I know how hard you’ve worked and how many years it’s been in progress. The sweat, tears, overthinking and sleepless nights honestly are all worth it when you see the final piece. Hey girl first of all congratulations on your cookbook! And this is probably weird but I worked in ophthalmology for several years. If your eyes are stinging after focusing on the computer for a while your eyes are just drying out because we don’t blink as often when we are focusing. It happens to me a lot when I’m reading. Some artificial tears should help with the stinging.
