7:42 Usually for the beginning of the quarter, there will be not too many people around library, but mark the day around midterm, dead week, and finals cuz that's the time when getting a seat in lib will be extremely difficult

Instant udon bowl is ok - but try steaming hot rice mixed with half stick of butter and kimchi. That combo, to this date, reminds me of my San NIc room on the 7th floor where my roommate would hold his nose and complain about the smell. btw, you should do a video where you only speak Korean or Japanese. That might get you few more subscribers.

Oh okay! I have an instant rice pack in my dorm, I just need to get some kimchi. I was also thinking I could do that with a Korean friend one day! Sadly, I don’t know any Japanese but I’d love to learn 😊

@@lizfujiwara Oh, take Japanese. It's 5 units and if you know Korean, it's an easy "A". Mainly because the grammar is almost identical. So translate your English to Korean, then it maps directly to Japanese (literally word by word - even the conjugation). Same thing the other way. Translate Japanese to Korean first. And since you know Korean, English translation is natural. I took 3 quarters of Japanese at UCSB and got 15 units of easy "A". Really boosted my GPA. Hardest part is memorizing Kanji.
