Bhai, I have been following your channel for a long time from the US. What an amazing content, education and entertaiment! Bow down! I wish I had started serious lifting in my early 20s. 37 now, started serious lifting 3 years back (home workouts otherwise with not much variety). Gains have been pretty good but I can only imagine how good they would have been in my 20s.

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

mera weight 105 kg tha and Maine wo 18 din me 98.2 kg pe laya with 6 days a week cardio+gym you don't have to do too much gym. diet proper hona chahiye fir apneaap weight loose hoga. my diet two apples before half an hour of gym schedule then after gym egg white, mosambi juice without sugar , diet chiwda, then for lunch 4 chapati and sabji , no potato, no white bread, no sugar, no samosa and vadapaw,no rice , only chapati bhaaji and dal and afternoon some fruits not too much. for dinner 3 chapati and sabji (no potato) and dal. and then after dinner walk for 1 km so that you don't feel heavy and coldrinks mat Pina Sabse jyada sugar rahta hai . I do cardio for 30 min and crunches and rod for belly fat for 10 min . and gym not too heavy because it's my third week and i m really happy with my results 105-98.2
I am also on fat loss program i was 109 kgs now i am 92 kg my diet is like take 6am:lemon, ginger,cinnamon lukewarm water 10am: oats 12pm:orange and apple 2pm: 2 chapatis and lowfat sabji 4pm:lemonade 5pm: 1 banana 8pm: green salad 10:30pm triphala churna But sometimes my weight fluctuates increases and decreases

same man.I have suggestion do 12 hour fasting. Dont eat shit food. Don't cut too much calorie, have some good protein intake food. If you are vegetarian like me then you are unlucky as fuck. I am thinking to take some whey protein, is it good? What are you doing tell me as well!
Thats all bs . Dieting is not something you will do for a while and then start eating like ass . Dieting is something you can continue for rest of your life . So try getting carb that have fibre into your regular food . More dryfruits more fresh fruits . Less soda less junkfood and less alchohol. You dont need to starve to death to cut fat . Even if you dont lose like 20 kg in 3 month .. you will start living a good life as your food would actually have nutrients instead of stuff that builds our gutt.
@@akshaymishra3674 i have lost 33kg in past 6 months but gained very little muscle.. oh boi the fat i lost is unreal im literally half the guy in size.. and the best part is i can run more than 10 seconds before dying of chest pain
@@lifethrownoutofthewindow well i dont know what exercises you did so i cant really help you but ... look at AthleanX on youtube . That guy actually tell you what is not supposed to be done so you dont waste the hard work you put and gain pretty much nothing . Also it free so why the heck not have a peek ;)
@@akshaymishra3674 i do normal exercises at the gym. nothing special. cardio 10 mins daily. its awesome. my vO2 is much higher than before.. The only thing thats annoying me is this lose skin all over my body

I have watched it today after starting my cardio workouts 25 days ago and recently I have started eating guud halwa ( small bowl ) in morning breakfast and was feeling guilty about it but now I can happy-ly have that , thank you sir for the guidance. I was also facing same 😂 issue from past 1.5 week as I lost approx. 6.5 kgs in my first 2 week and than it suddenly stopped , now I know what to do
