Thank you for realizing teachers don't get enough resources! I have spent nearly $1000 already buying supplies for my classroom and students...and still haven't scratched the surface with what I need. It sucks working nearly 12 hours every day, even most weekends, with little to no recognition, compensation, or appreciation.

I recently found your channel and I have to say that I have been binge watching!! I love your minimalistic approach to skin care looking at ingredients rather than fancy packaging and I have changed up just about everything I am using!! Except the tretinoin - kept that one. I'm loving the vanicream wash, cereve moisturizers and the habo laba gel. I am also moisturizing both body and face on wet skin. I cannot thank you enough for all these tips!! My skin has settled down and is loving everything.. Oh - and I now use the appropriate amount of sunscreen as well. 👍🏻. I am a retired RN after working 40 years and now volunteer with Hospice and do some PRN work for them as well which I love. One of My daughters is also an RN and is now managing a hospice organization. I love your vlogs with your Mom. What a sweet lady she is. I love doing things with my daughters although they both work and have kids so our time is limited. Anyway, thanks so very much for all you share!! I'm sure you have no idea how many people you are helping... Sue

Jenn Taylor - hi, I am a 25 year old female with light brown skin. In the AM I use avene cleanance face wash, Neutrogena hydroboost gel crème on damp skin and cerave am SPF 30. I layer on suncros tinted spf 50+, (zinc and iron oxide only) if I am going to spend a lot of time outdoors and reapply it every 4 hrs roughly. elta MD tinted SPF is just like suncros. In the PM I wash my face, apply hydroboost to damp skin and layer on 0.025% tretinoin cream after my face dries. Been doing this since 2.5 months. So happy with the results!! Hope this helps. Have a lovely day.. Edit- I do not use make up.

Hi Dr. Drey, I have used the Effaclar 2% SA acne wash from LRP and Neutrogena 2% SA cleanser. I prefer the LRP. I have adult acne and pretty normal skin and found the neutrogena SA wash to be drying and felt “cheap” and coarse on my skin. LRP effaclar used to be a staple in my shower as a morning wash. It is (in my opinion) less drying, more of a calming feeling. I know it’s fun to mock the thermal water in it; but it feels like it makes it different. It is also PH balanced and is (I believe) “soapless” which may be the reason it’s less drying. I stopped using it when I changed to a different product I use now without SA. Great product though and you get a ton for the price- the bottle is huge.

The La Roche Posay medicated cleanser is okay. It didn't help my acne much and irritated my skin. I like the Neutrogena acne wash better. The duo and acne kit I am not a fan of. I do love the Effaclar and Toleraine foaming cream cleansers though. I had a dermatologist introduce me to them years ago and I have yet to find a wash that works better for my oily, acne prone, and sensitive skin. It removes makeup and suds up well. You just need a tiny amount so the bottle lasts for months. I use that before Differin and CeraVe PM.

I don’t know if you’re still looking for an adequate travel mug-but if you are-Zojirushi Stainless Steel Mug is *wonderful*. I have two of them that I ordered from amazon and I use them both daily. I work at a desk job and they “lock,” which really comes in handy for spillage prevention. The thermal element keeps the contents at temperature for longer than you’d ever need. Thanks so much for your informative videos. I’m enjoying your content so much!

Hello Dr. Dray! So glad you talked about your experience with barre class. What I find so attractive about barre is that it is a total body workout. You build endurance, strength and elongated muscles. I started almost a year ago with Pure Barre in Coral Gables and find that all of the instructors push and encourage you the entire time. It is my favorite, I attend almost everyday because it really produces results! Wow!!! You love it too! Have you tried pure barre? There are so many different methods but they are all very similar! I love that they play music at pure barre. Loved the video as always! If your ever in Miami maybe we can go for coffee and pure barre together lol! Have a great weekend!

I have made several of those wreaths your Mom is making but I use cut up fabric instead of ribbon, which is a pain to cut up but makes a nice thick wreath. I did a fun Halloween one and glued on spiders, cute.

Egyptian Magic is great. I bought if for my husband to use on his very dry winter hands. I'm sure it would work for him if he would just USE IT!!! Needless to say, it's in MY bathroom now. I use it to moisturize my nails and cuticles.

Spirograph! Hours of entertainment in my youth. Pumice in a face product?!?!? I find that astounding. I know it is necessary to read every label before I buy skin care products, but I am amazed at what cosmetic companies sell and what we buy. I've fallen for a few doozies in my life.

I don't care for the cleansing clothes because of the residue they leave behind.. skip wearing makeup while you are camping...the sunscreen left on is unlikely to be a problem for four days

I JUST GOT BACK FROM FACILITATING A SUMMER CAMP, WHAT DID I MISS?! lol you'll be happy to know that I managed to forget my entire makeup bag and was barefaced (with spf😉) the entire week of camp! It's THE BEST thing I could've done!!! Now I'm only wearing a similar product to Elta md which is basically a tinted moisturizer and I came back and went to work just like that and it's been great! I may still wear makeup on Sundays when I dress up for church or for date night with the hubby but that's about it! Baby steps, ha. I had so many blemishes I was freaking out on the inside but the sun actually cleared up my face too (: My best friend got me hooked on dr Brandt detoxifying beauty balm in the black tube. Have you ever used that? It's a Korean bb cream? LOVE IT! I am interested in trying the elta md one that you swear by too. I'm always a little nervous trying a new facial sunscreen, I think my skin is sensitive to chemical sunscreen, is that weird?

Hey just a quick question: I've been hearing a lot of how coconut oil is bad for your skin and I've used it as a body scrub in the bath but it gave me huge red bumps on my shoulders but I've also heard it's good for your face? Pls help I'm confused. Is it good or bad?

It is not great and not as "amazing" as it is touted to be...however, unless you are allergic to it or components of coconut derived oils, it is not generally "bad"

I took a shower and washed my face with Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser. I put on the Neutrogena Hydro boost right after getting out of the shower. I was in a hurry so I put Cerave sunscreen spf 50 right after the Neutrogena Hydro Boost; my face turned bright red and burned. What's your thoughts on maybe why face face burned and turned red. !!!!!! Love watching you and your mom together; so sweet!
