Hey Chev...I am a gym rat so I am really happy to see you investing in your health...I do protein shake for breakfast and dinner...lunch is my biggest meal...that is how I stay in a calorie deficit and I love the fitness clases at Crunch fitness....you look great sis

You said it well...I love my fitness classes...I am at Crunch 5 days a week and eat the same thing most of the time...I love the results so i will eat the same thing and don't care about taste
