Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients (4 servings)
1 onion
400 g ground beef
2 spoonfuls of tomato puree
1 spoon of Dijon mustard
2 spoons flour
400 ml water
Salt and pepper to taste
180 g smetana
Pickles to taste
1. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with oil until soft.
2. Saute the minced meat until cooked and add it to the onion mixture.
3. Add the tomato puree, Dijon mustard and flour.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Add water and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Add half of the smetana and the pickles and cook until boiling.
Add the rest of the smetana topping at the end.
(I thought it was a little thin. (I thought it was a little thin, so I added a little beef consommé)
Oven-baked Feta Cheese and Vegetables
Ingredients
Broccoli stems
small tomatoes
feta cheese
1 Wash vegetables and arrange on baking sheet.
2 Tear the feta cheese and arrange on the sheet.
3 Sprinkle with black pepper and olive oil
4 Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for 10 minutes.
