Hi - great Vid - I really enjoyed it. Sashimi and bear a great treat! enjoy it. Just a tip about your cutting board. I am a chef. Your Plastic cutting board is slipping so you could cut yourself. If you use a cutting board and dont want it to slip just a get a tea towel or cloth and fold it in half and put the board on top of it. It will not slip. Better still dont use a plastic board - a wooden one is better and heavier. No need to buy a wooden one from shop just look around your house for a piece of good timber - cut it to a board size you want - sandpaper or smooth it then wash it - perfect cutting board - and can be easily washed after each use. Wooden boards are also better for your knives and will not blunt them so quickly. Many peoeple might say dont use wooden board coz of bugs - but that is rubblish. Just wash then each time and no problem. Old lady cooks at home always use wooden cutting board. ⛩ Kind regards from Australia - John

I really enjoyed the beautiful walk to the shopping district, and later on hearing the ship's horn. Really gives a feel of Nagasaki, thank you! (Also, you're making me hungry for miso soup again. I'll have to see if there's any enoki at the shop today 😄)
It's fried tofu, and what I mixed in is miso, a traditional Japanese seasoning-a thick paste produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and kōji (the fungus Aspergillus oryzae), and sometimes rice, barley, seaweed, or other ingredients. ☺️
приятный ролик) в какой-то степени - медитативный. не мог не заметить, что в Японии кофе готовят используя фильтр, в который складывают кофе и заливают водой. у нас чаще люди варят в турках (как в Турции, потому так и называется) или в домашних кофемашинах. к слову, в некоторых северных странах, кофе чаще готовят как вы) это был просто факт, о котором я вдруг вспомнил и решил поделиться) снимайте дальше. вы молодец)

Another great video Mr Sho … Question : what does fermented beans taste like…? I’ve never tried them…I can imagine the texture is very sticky …. The tofu..is that the smelly type or no odour type ?? Try and mix and match with vocal narration and non vocal narration in your videos … peace be with you Mr Sho 🙏🏻
This dish is somehow traditional Japanese and resembles a homemade meal. I hope you can find a local restaurant that serves it, or perhaps you can try cooking it yourself when you visit Nagasaki 😆
