The Nighttime tea from Pukka has really helped me in the past with getting sleepy, so I hope it works for you too. I feel like I kind of recognize the mental things you describe. My mind tends to get more anxious/panicked when I've got nothing particular to do during the day, whereas after a full day of work I often feel so much better mentally. I sometimes feel like I need to learn how to "do nothing" without going crazy... Lovely vlog as always (especially when Foz makes an appearance and shows her little foxy face) 😀

Oh man. The inspiration! I need to declutter so bad but I am just...overwhelmed constantly by all the things. Wedding in Feb, currently our washing machine and fridge are not working and I still have a garage filled with crap from my dad's storage unit after he passed. I just...ugh. Lol. You know. I will say the last couple of weeks I have been exercising and I am feeling more motivated to go through things? We are hoping to buy a house next year so I definitely need to get rid of many many things before that happens.

I’ve been scrubbing my whole apartment too. Hands and knees scrub brush floor cleaning is my greatest joy. I’m much more of a Fall cleaner than a Spring cleaner. It feels like getting the den ready for winter hibernation. Maybe it’s an introvert thing. 💙

Oh I looove a good cleaning and decluttering video. Isn’t it shocking how filthy our beloved bookshelves can get? Mine are dark so it hides a lot of the grossness, but I know in my heart it’s still there.
