For one night only each year, Field of Screams in Lancaster, PA turns up the intensity a few notches for their Extreme Blackout event! We went out to experience this one-of-a-kind experience for the very first time this year at Field of Screams Extreme Blackout 2023, and we definitely had some thoughts! The event is so intense that patrons are actually given a 'safe word' to use in the event that the experience becomes too intense and someone needs to opt out. For those brave enough to stay, you may be tied, caged, bagged, branded drawn on or even caged for other patrons to jeer at - join us for a tour of the Den of Darkness, Frightmare Asylum, the Nocturnal Wasteland and the Haunted Hayride as you have never seen them before! We could think of no better place to end our haunt season than our home haunt, and we want to thank @FieldofScreamsLancaster for having us out to experience the event. We also want to be sure to send an extra 'thank you' to Tanner, Shorty, Big Steve and every other staff member who chaperoned us around the property during this chaotic event so that we could bring some of the terror back to you, the viewing several!
