I feel so empowered when you speak about your mental health in a way that doesn’t sound like you’re identifying yourself as that anxiety you have; rather you’re just stating that I have *fill in the blank* and expressing how it’s affecting your life. I think it’s so important and just shows how incredibly strong you are. Thank you so much for your videos :’) They and you specifically, encourage me to want to do better for myself!

I’ve just started my first “adult” job after graduating and a month in I’m exhausted! I love my job and that it’s in an area i went to uni for and love (digital marketing) but the actual working bit is... a lot! I’m trying to work out a balance but it’s hard to want to do things in the eve/at the weekend when I’m trying to recharge myself enough to feel well enough to function at work. Here’s hoping we get the balance as we settle more into our new routines!

Loved the life update and I 100% feel you on that one. I'm wired in this way that if I'm not being 100% productive with my time (aka working or creating content), I'm not making the best use of my time. When I'm doing something 100% for myself and not Instagram shareable or useful in creating content, I think that I'm wasting my time. ALSO! I know SO MANY ladies who work at ban.do. Been collaborating with ban.do since their early years in 2011!!!

For buying fruit and veggies without plastic, try buying reusable cloth bags - they come in different sizes and it works perfectly for me! You can find them on amazon :)

you can make your own granola/protein bars!! if you buy dates, nuts, seeds, etc from the bulk section, then throw them into a food processor, press it down in a baking pan, and cut into the size you want!

They have a “pumpkin roll” can which is basically cinnamon rolls but make it pumpkin and very fall! They’re so tasty! Though I am unsure if they’re vegan :(

its really easy to make your own vegan granola! and granola bars! you can find recipes on instagram! great for meal prepping because you can make large batches!!!

You can make your own granola bar at home super easy vegan recipe on pinterest. So 1 you save money because it cost lest to make it at home, 2 you don’t use plastic and 3 its delicious

not trying to hate but as you already considered our comments about plastic packaging which I thought was very cool you could also try to drive less! It obviously produces a lot of CO2 and I believe in a lot of situations it is possible not to drive. I do not know the situation of public transport in LA but I guess it is very doable :)
