I started Pilates / solidcore post baby as a CrossFit enthusiast I was humbled. Buuut I deeply think it helped me get back into my pre baby hobbies of running and weightlifting. Definitely recommend going to try flexing as you stated to see if I feel it 😅
Yay! Welcome back and I’m 38 and well 30s go back so fast now I feel like I’m living my 30s lol as I get closer to the 40s. ❤ best advice try to remember but also it’s ok to forget and just enjoy life as it is at the present moment 🎉
ugh Im also vitamin D deficit! Just started taking it a week ago but forgot a few days lol Seeing talk about how its helped is really making me get serious about being consistent with mine. Totally understandable that you can't post as much but I like these types of videos too cus they feel more lived in the moment and authentic like a regular person. Not some cookie cutter aesthetic & crazy eventful life.

Girl! I just started my lagree journey as well. I lift weights four times a week but one day a week I do lagree and it humbles my ass so much. My legs will literally be shaking all the way from inside the studio to in my car in the parking lot😂
I have deblitating and at many times disabling sleep quality and I both have low iron fettirn & vit d (this ones barely low), I thought it was the iron that made me feel better but it makes sense its the vit d because i havent been taking it and haven't feltt better this time around. I'll get me some and report back heh
