Dont take criticism from people you would never go to for advice. Forget about them trolls.

I can't imagine people saying horrible things to or about you because you are literally one of the sweetest most gentle souls I've ever watched. Shame on them. Listen, do what is best for your child and your family. If that means co sleeping, go for it. If that mean vaccines or no vaccines or some vaccines, go for it. Don’t let random strangers on the internet decide what you should and should not do in your household. You’re Greysons mom and you get the option, not them. You’re doing great!

I am so sorry you are getting huge backlash. You are a great mom are doing what is best for your family. I think maybe get away from TikTok for a while. I think protecting your peace and mental health is a top priority.

I guarantee that all those mean moms were American, because Americans are dense to the fact that literally most of the other cultures around the world co sleep with their babies from the time they're new borns through toddlerhood. But at the end of the day - who cares? Both methods are perfectly acceptable and safe (when done right). Parenting isn't linear. So sorry you had to go through this attack.

Don’t beat yourself up over the co-sleeping. More ppl do it than is publicly talked about online. And it’s not bad to co-sleep with your child. At the end of the day you instinctively know what’s best for your baby and your family. Ppl have slept with their babies since the beginning of time. And anyone who thinks it’s better to allowing a baby to have reflux and not sleep at all is out of touch. Keep doing what you believe is best for your family 🩷

It’s so baffling people will comment the most cruel and disgusting things on a random persons video just because they don’t agree with it or it struck a nerve…… especially TikTok because it’s so easy to be anonymous…. People need to talk about it more and thank you so much for sharing your story and experience

I’m a highly sensitive person (I feel like you may be as well, you should look into it, there’s a lot of great books and assessments you can do) which is a real strength because you are such a kind, gentle and creative person, but negativity and the meanness of others really affects us. Cate, i just found your channel :) You are the parent, you make the decisions for your child. Ignore the toxic and remember the source (social media, people behind a screen, saying garbage they would never say to your face). If its better to co sleep right now, you do it. I would advise against doing it when he is a toddler too much because its tough to get them out of your bed lol. The journey of parenthood is your personal journey to take. There is no specific way to do any one thing. Considering how badly many of today's youth have been raised, and that many of the ipad babies have ipad parents, it wouldn't surprise me if thats where the nasty comments came from on your tiktok. I mean, what kind of parent would say some of those things anyway? Not anyone you'd ever consider taking parenting advice from. Heck, some of them may not even be parents in the first place. I get that it hurt, but try not to let it weigh on you. As for the vaccinations, i agree with you. Hopefully you plan to homeschool so they wont be an issue. I wish you the best!

I'm sorry you're dealing with hate! My best friend co-sleeps with her daughter. She's an only mom and has had to move around a lot and that's just what works for her and her daughter. I personally wouldn't co-sleep but that was based on my own anxieties and personal wants for my children. But I would never treat my best friend or anyone else like a bad parent for choosing differently than we did! You are not a bad mom! You know what's best for YOUR children, and no one has the right to tell you differently. Also, I'm glad you brought up the vax, my husband and I talked about this before we got pregnant with our first and what we felt we wanted for our children. We also both agreed that some are necessary, and some are not so I just made sure to only get the ones we wanted for him. I'm happy you talked about doing research and looking into things before just taking someone else's words for it; if it had been up to my in-laws our son would have every single shot every single year no questions asked, but I grew up with only the necessary vax and I was never sick even around other sick kids. Of course everyone's immune system's are different and genetics all make a difference in decisions like these. Some people can't even get vax because of how their body reacts to them.. I just think it's unnecessary for people to act like their way is the only way and not be willing to actually do some research for their own families and lifestyle ❤

im not a mom but i gave a sibling 14 years younger and so i have seen what my parents did with him. all babies are different and different things work. my parents did that with my baby brother and it was completely fine. if he is comfortable sleeping with yall i don't see the issue haha. but people can keep their comments to themselves because nobody is ever going to believe every little thing and thats okay. love this vlog they're always so cute and relaxing. praying for you💗

I don't understand why people deem it right to taunt or say such nasty and rude things about a mom or a parent. Cait, you don't need to feel bad. You're a good Mom and that's all that matters. Just remember that you're doing a good job! ❤

What I’ve learned since becoming a mom is that a lot of moms are judgemental. My advice would be to limit the amount you share regarding your parenting decisions. While more often than not you’ll receive helpful advice, and comments, you’ll also receive a fair share of hate and criticism. Social media is a blessing and a curse. Always trust your mom instincts, the fact you’re researching and stressed/worried already means that you are an awesome mom!! ☺️

Just breathe girl. You got this. You are a great mother and your son is so lucky to have you. Remember those people who are giving you hate comments don’t know the real you like we do. Ignore the hate comments. Don’t let it bring you down. If co sleeping helps you get sleep then let it be that. I did it to idc what anyone had to say to it. Social media can be very hard dealing with negative people. They have nothing better to do than to trash talk influencers that they don’t even know. They only see a small piece of your life.
