Hello 👋🏻 I am a new subscriber and I been loving your videos and been binge watching , and I just wanted to come in here to say Congratulations and can’t wait for a new video 😊😊😊
Depending on how your labor goes you may need something. For me it was super fast and I went totally natural. With my son from water breaking to baby it was 3 hours. With my second baby it was maybe a hour and a half.
Girl, give yourself some grace. Vlogging at 39 weeks, you have every right to be tired and no need to apologize for anything. I really enjoy your videos.
Caitlin i salute you for still vlogiing while your 9 months pregnant you're such a hardworking person and i wish you a safe easy delivery you can do it queen 🩷 And i enjoyed this vlog so much
I was just listening to one of your old episodes on the podcast from a year ago. Right before you turned 24 you were saying how you cant wait for kids but that you are way too young and you want to experience more things before you become a momma. Things change so quicky it's crazy!!! I think it was your 24th episode right at fhe beginning you talked about that.
i’m so excited for you!! 💘 i had a natural/no medication birth and was so happy with my labor and delivery! i found that laboring through contractions on my hands and knees on the hospital bed alleviated the pain especially on my lower back! my partner would also apply a lot of pressure when massaging my lower back and it helped a ton as well! - don’t stop drinking water through it all, i must have drank an entire gallon but i had never wanted water more in my life lol! women are so wonderful and full of strength and i think we are constantly surprising ourselves with how much we can handle, listen to your body, you got this! so proud of any mama’s here that bring their little babes earth side, no matter how they arrive, the important thing is that they’re safe 🌷
Enjoy these last few weeks 🥰 And your body needs the rest to gear up for labor & delivery 😊 Don’t feel like you have to apologize we all understand how life can be & we need our down time as well 😊 And don’t feel like you have to put a time limit on your videos 😊 If you only feel up to making a quick 10 min video sharing something or an update that works too! 😀 I’m so excited for you & praying you will have a smooth & speedy delivery & recovery! 😀🙏 Enjoy holding & snuggling your precious baby boy! 😀💙🥰🤗 P.S. When I had my son in July (several years ago lol my toes looked like little sausages 😂
So even though Warby Parker sends you 5 pairs to of your choice to try on at a price of around $125.00 you could get and pay for 5 or more pairs from several other really good on-line glasses sites for that same $125.00 you paid for the one pair. Check out these sites next time your in need of new glasses. Zenni Optical, Eye Buy Direct, Lensmart and Payne Glasses. They have many priced as low as $7.00 and that includes your lenses in your prescription. They of course have hundreds more for under $20.00. As a former optician the reason your glasses make your eyes look smaller is because your nearsighted with apparently a rather strong prescription. In looking at your more recent and previous videos, your rarely seen wearing glasses in any of them. So like many millions of others you apparently mainly wear contacts to correct your eyesight. Most likely you also probably over wear your lenses my quite a bit as well. Most people aren't aware that contacts are really only meant to wore for between 10 - 12 hours a day and not more than 5 days week. It's for that reason that contact wearers are required to get yearly eye exams. The main reason is so your doctor can get a good look into your eyes to if your eyes are remaining healthy enough to continue wearing contacts. Your recent eye exam was a good one in that you didn't have any change in your eyesight. But you had already been wearing glasses with a weaker prescription than your actual prescription. As an optician I saw that as a real issue with contact wearers because they tend to not keep up with any increases needed in their glasses. Skipping that once when you have a prescription change is usually okay. but you would be surprised at how many will not bother getting their glasses changed for 3 or more increase to the point where their glasses are pretty much useless to them. Here is ho you can check to know when you need to update your glasses. After getting a new prescription for contacts wait for about a two weeks after getting your new contacts and your eyes have fully adjusted the prescription. Then try wearing your glasses for a day including being out of your house where you need to see further than you need to see in your home. If your able to see to drive without straining very much then you don't need to get your glasses changed. But if things are blurry and you have trouble making out signs then you need your glasses changed. But being able to buy glasses for under $20.00 you should probably just ordered new glasses anytime your prescription changes. If you have any questions about your eyes, glasses or contacts please feel free to ask me.
