*VLOG * getting myself back on track - clean & organize my apartment + ikea haul + more 

Hi Friends! 🌞 I really needed to get myself back on track, clean and organize my apartment, which included an ikea haul!
Life comes in waves and its completely normal for some things to slip away from you. However for myself some of the things that have been slipping away from me, like journaling, movement and a tidy space are things that truly effect my mood and how I show up in this world! Needless to say, this vlog was needed for my mental health!!!
