6:50 Girl, you have to start making your own sprouts! It is definitely not worth buying a packet for 7$ when you can have the same amount of sprouts for pennies! Get some seeds and jars and you will see how easy and actually quick making your own is! Plus, you can switch it up a lot or even make some mixed sprouts!
Going off of this video I'd also love to see a fridge/pantry tour. It'd be nice to see a visual of what you typically have on hand/left over along with what we see you make in your what you eat in a week videos.
I know less waste is important but the carts and belts you put your food on has sooooo much bacteria. Please at least consider wrapping your kale etc... in the paper towels provided at most stores. I know we all run out of our bags or forget them. (I studied food borne illnesses in college)
👍🏻 Fantastic!! 🤗That all looks delicious! An amazing haul! I see a lot of things I’ve never seen before. It’s also interesting that packaging differs depending on where you live. Thank you for sharing. I also make you tube videos, mostly cooking and DIY but also some hauls. You’ve definitely given me some good ideas of foods to look for on my next shopping trip. I’d love to connect and learn from each other! 🥦🥕🍎
4:10 I remember not eating many beans, lentils etc but honestly, they are such a great meal basis when you buy then canned! So convenient, so filling and there is SO MUCH you can do with them!
I literally love you and your videos so much, you inspire me daily. I opened RU-vid thinking “I really need a video from Julia for inspiration” and boom, there it was 🥰🤞🏼 thank you for being you
Thank you for all the amazing ideas! I can't use all your recipes due to allergies and medical reasons, but you always get me thinking of new ideas and flavors. I am trying to add more meatless meals and fresh produce into my diet for health reasons.
Nutritional yeast question? Do you use fortified or unfortified? Or do you use both for different things? I want to make some vegan cheesy sauce but I don't know enough. Can you help me understand this? I have learned what fortified and non-fortified means now but because I have never eaten like this, and I just want to make sure I choose the best options and certainly don't want to over do vitamins and minerals (if you even can with this kind of living). What do you use and can you give me any tips on the topic of the nutritional yeast? Also what is your favorite brand? I am learning so much from you and trying to adopt how you eat because I dig it. And I already feel better doing the things I have adopted in my life. Thank you for sharing you are making a difference for many I have no doubt!

I love vegan yogurt so much but I find it can be a little pricey!! I’ve been playing around with yogurt recipes and it’s surprisingly easy! I love seeing all these whole foods. I feel healthier just watchinng
A beautiful & fantastic vegan food haul Julia. There's various recipes you can make with beans such as Garlic white beans and greens pasta that's on the vegan larder website, DIY baked beans & whole can Tangy Black beans from Broke Vegan cookbook and other vegan channels will have ideas & suggestions such as Sweet Simple Vegan, Catlin Shoemaker and her website From my bowl.
I dont know if u may have tried this yet but coconut wraps from thrive market😍 so freakin delicious and it's such a healthy filling meal! So if u like coconut I highly recommend 💗 also your so pretty! And I live your videos :)
Hey Julia , how are you? I from Brazil and I'm learning English and i wanted to tell that (if I wrote something wrong sorry) your videos help me a lot , your vocabulary is so easy and i love your videos and you ! Have a good day Julia❤️
Hi Julia, I think you really know your stuff.. 👏. I'm learning as well. Ques: not sure if you know, but have you heard about "oats" that unless they are organic, it could have been spayed w "Round-Up" which is the chemical glyphosate? I learned this from Bobby Flav-City..
Hey Julia you lovely soul ☀️ If you are into making stuff on your own I can really recommend making your kimchi and your sprouts yourself☺️ For the Kimchi the only special ingredient is Gochugaru and for the sprouts you only need lentils or mung beans or what you like ! Both is really simple, super tasty and cheap ! ☺️ Love you Girl 💕
@@sifawahdatunrohmah7052 I think, split ones will not work neither will red or yellow lentils because they are peeled. But you also don't need raw ones, you can use normal beluga lentils or brown lentils, like you get them in every supermarket ☺️👍🏽
I am definitely going to be making my own kimchi in the near future and hope to make a fun video where you guys hangout with me while i attempt the process 😜💛
thank you julia, you gave me so much inspiration and the real staples to a vegan diet. i am going to study abroad and this video was really helpful for me to buy the essentials to eat balanced and delicious.💗
You could try making tahini by yourself and then also use it for making hummus :) it helped to save alot of money cause I'm literally addicted to hummus lol + I can adjust the taste and add roasted pepper, beetroot, dried tomatoes..
