What you are describing about your walk with Christ is literally my current season. The joy I get by talking about scripture and just doing my bible study is indescribable. Totally understand you there on the being “too much in your head” part. I also thought that I needed to be humbled until I was reminded of the word that says “ humble yourself in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will exalt you”, you need to humble *yourself* not Him humble you. Word of God speaks of God humbling a person only in an instance where they are full of pride, “God opposes the proud but-gives grace to the humble.” Headed to in the right path, getting out of your head and looking outward gives one so much more fulfilment and is very purposeful and can even lead you to what your calling is as it pertains to the Kingdom of God. ❤

This video has made me weep, not even cry.... I had taken a break watching Kay's vlogs coz I was no longer relating, to me I felt like it had become all about brands, I guess it is important to take breaks sometimes, you have talked about being in your head sometimes and I think I have been living in my head being ungrateful; over looking my blessings, wanting to live in the future... only to listen to the last bit of this vlog and realize that I have all that I need in the moment and all I have to do is to praise Him and thank him in my hallway. I think I am gassed up for church this Sunday, I haven't been to one in like 5 years because I also was no longer relating 😅. Then another statement that stood out was 'you don't have to do something to be deserving' I felt that.....I am in friendship transition for lack of a better word and I feel like I was doing too much for some friendships believing that forever had to be eternal it's only of recent that I realized that forever can be a year or even a month.....I could go on and on but heiii I guess I should stop here. Thank you for being intentional about your life Kay, you get beautiful by the day, thank you for pouring into our cups Kay, may your cup never and I mean NEVER run dry. I love you and another thing please share your breakfast recipes I saw the chicken 'sandwich' and pickles and I would love to make it for breakfast soon.

I have been following you for a while and I never thought I would comment. Thank you for this Vlog and thank for sharing your journey with us, for opening up and sharing the word. I am planning my wedding and its happening on the 13th of April and their entire process of organizing and prepping has taken me into a rollercoaster of fear, worry and anxiety. GOD is my only source of life and without him I am lost, however I realized that me focusing on fear, worry then it means I don't trust my GOD, it means I have no faith in him and yet he allowed me to be in the position in my life. Like you said it starts with the mind and Joyce Meyers teachings are so profound because once you know how to control your thoughts then you have won the battle. Kay you don't know me but you have evoked a spirit that was dead in me, a spirit that I didn't know how to make it come alive. I love my husband because GOD gave him to me, I love my life because GOD has blessed me with it but I forgot all that because I shifted my focus on worry and anxiety and forgot that GOD has blessed me with so much.
