What an awesome spooky season vlog! Glad y’all guys had a great night! Awesome job with the editing, I loved how you put in each rating! Those pretzels look so yummy 🥨
First somewhat chilly night of the season! We did our best to capture whatever we could, knowing that we couldn't film in the mazes. I think Kings Dominion really surprised us with the level of production value and the number of scare actors out and about in the zones! The 'Conjure the Night' show that we ended our time with was a definite highlight, too. 😁 Thanks so much for watching, Kaylee!
So sorry we are so behind but promise we will catch up! 😊 love seeing the haunted merch. Love the opening scaremonies lol!! Awesome condemned got a 9/10 - haven’t seen the woman in black but I’m sure it’s great! Mmm love a soft pretzel. Nice if the normal was nice and fresh. Glad the fast lane helped with the bayou! Love that their are shows too. Conjure the night looks well done! Great job from noon to midnight, wow!! Looks like a fantastic time! 😊
You guys are not really behind at all! If anything, I'm way behind on responding to comments...my second-most-forgotten facet of content creation 😂 Haha this event was very cool, and the production value was so much higher than expected. I'm not sure the Woman in Black would be a fun watch for you, Meg, but we are suckers for Gothic Horror. Imagine a Disney Cruise Line atrium that'd been aged, degraded and reduced to rubble in select areas and that was basically what we walked into for the first scene of Condemned! It was crazy! 😁 All of the shows we saw throughout the event were highlights, but Conjure the Night definitely took the cake as the best of the best! Thanks so much for watching all of our spooky vlogs! 👻
King’s Dominion’s Halloween Haunt is surprisingly good. It’s for sure one of the best theme park Halloween events I’ve been to. If they could have 10 good houses maybe they’d beat out HHN for me 😂 KD is one of my favorite things about spooky season #tkgiveaway
We were genuinely surprised by the level of production value inside the houses! Some houses were definitely a bit more elaborate than others, as is almost always the case at any theme park haunt, but overall we think they did a really great job. And the live entertainment was a lot of fun, too! Thanks for watching, Zoe! Entry #2 recorded. 🎃
Yeeeah you have to start out wth all the merch and goodies! ^_^ Ahhh the dalmatian squishmallow, too adorable! Wait wait, so you have to pay extra to not get jump scared? I wont lie, that doesnt seem very fair to me, you might enjoy the season and decor but dont want to be scared, I feel like you shouldnt have to pay extra for that! I love the throne photo op, alllll the power. Aww Tim you arent invited in that outfit! :D Holy moly there was so much going on! So many jump scares but it all looked so so well themed. Thanks for taking us along!
To play devil's advocate, the point of the event is to be scared, so it could be said that the no-boo necklaces serve as kind of a VIP upgrade. 😂 But I'd also say that - as compared to some of the more aggressive haunts we've visited over the years - Halloween Haunt is largely accessible to the younger demo, so most folks I think will be OK without the necklace. Shame that I didn't get invited to the ball, but it was an honor just to be considered! Haha thanks for watching, Hannah!
We had the same question! Haunt is now a part of the day ticket for Kings Dominion and is no longer a hard-ticketed event, so the fast/fright lane combo _does_ now include both rides during the day and mazes at night. 👻 Make sure that you buy the bundle that includes both Fast + Fright Lanes, though, because there is a separate price point for the Fast Lane that only works during the day. I just checked and both tiers are now available for purchase. Have fun!
