I don't know about the milk supply, but try half water half Body Armour. Not as sweet and they last longer, haha! Hartley Kate is beautiful and lucky to have you as her mom! You're doing great!

I felt the same after i had my baby but breastfeeding really helped contract everything back into place. We will never lose all of our baby fat but your body will heal 💕💕 regardless you look amazing! But you’re not alone in the postpartum journey of not feeling it. ❤️🩹

As a 44 yr old Veteran Mama of 3 and one in heaven..... Embrace how gorgeous you truly are inside and out. Don't waste your beautiful life worrying about how you look because your wasting your time. I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I was always made fun of by classmates and my own family! I hated myself every day. When i was 17 my Mom told me I looked like a fat ass pig! I was a size 14 in juniors then! I had my rainbow 🌈 baby girl Alayna "Laney Jo" at 39 after losing a baby boy a year and a half prior. I was a size 8 and weighed 159 when I got pregnant. I weighed 199 when I gave birth and 188 when I left the hospital 7 day later because of complications from the C-section. I'm currently about 220 and I just have to stop obsessing over how fat I am for my daughter. Stay who you are always!!! ❤️😘❤️😘❤️😘
