We have a local food truck in town that also allows a baker to come where they go. She sells her pastries and desserts along with his food. Your mom is a fantastic baker. We also have a cafe in town that hires a baker to bring her baked goods to the cafe. In both instances it is the same woman. She does very well!

There is a lady in my town that sells baked goods on a weekly pick up system. She has a set time once a week that her customers pick up the items and she just posts on Facebook. If you dont want anyone coming to your house, it could be in a public place like a shopping center, etc.
