🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I hope you are feeling better. Hey 👋🏾 Cotton he was so cute riding on the passenger side 🥰. When you mimicked how you were coughing these past weeks Cotton looked at you and said to himself” mommy what are you doing “😊😊.Enjoy your vlog it’s funny how you kept pushing your hair washing day back 😊 it reminds me of me 😂. Enjoy your weekend ✨✨
Hi Rae, get your hand check because I see a lot of the ladies at work with carpal tunnel. Some had to have surgery because they had waited too long to get it checked. If you would do a live late evening is good for me . Tell your cousin hi it's always good seeing her on your videos. Love Target better than Walmart. Nice family reunion food looks good. Hope you feel better prayers 🙏 your way. I like the camera in front of you. Nice video, and thank you for sharing.
Hi Sherry! Thanks for tuning in and giving your thoughts on the camera angle. I do need to get my hand checked, but lately it has been feeling ok. Any suggestions on the LIVE content?
@@NaturalRaeRae You're welcome. No. I used to until it was controlled with medication. It takes a minute for your body to get used to it. Pappa moved me from 2 Inhalers to 1 for my daily 🙏🏽. I use albuterol for my rescue inhaler.
hi rae 🤗 i hope your hand feels better. im working with a sprained wrist. im not letting it stop me, but it is delaying me a bit. praying your cough resolves. i believe it definitely helps to have an exercise buddy for motivation and consistency. i have a waist trainer, but hardly ever use it. i'd say it helps support my back while im walking/exercising, but im not sure it's help take off any inches. your "old" hair looks like my day "one and only" fresh hair 🤣😂 you maintain your styles very well. every business plays music now. thank goodness for music-overs. i woulda ate that shrimp 😅 i barely shop at walmart online, let alone going in the store - maybe twice a year., but i shop at target even less than that. i don't like being around a lot of people in public places either. great family reunion - glad you found a red shirt. when i do drink coffee, one 12oz cup lasts me the whole day. i like the pulp with my orange juice, but i drink it with and without. my car phone holder is on the side too. i don't really have space to put a holder in the center, unless maybe i used a vent clip (which i don't prefer) orca window suction cup (which im concerned will fall). what phone holders are you using? cotton was so cute in his seat. when it bites the dust, im getting my carpet removed and replaced with flooring. this was a great vlog. tfs
Hi Healy! Thanks for tuning in and watching all the way through. My hand feels better right now, thank goodness. I hope it stays that way. My husband asked me if I wanted flooring instead of carpet, but I said "no." I'd rather vacuum than have to deal with dusting/mopping/sweeping hardwoods or laminate flooring. Carpet also keeps the home warmer in the winter, which I like. I hate being cold. 🥶😂
I'm late getting to your video, but you were asking about your hand. I am a court stenographer for 21 years now and I was never diagnosed with carpal tunnel, but I have certainly suffered with hand and wrist issues similar to what you are describing. I ended up needing to go through a course of physical therapy with a hand therapy specialist 3 times a week for about 6 weeks, after first seeing an orthopedic doctor, to resolve the issue. I also had forearm and shoulder issues as well. After I completed the therapy, I started using an ice pack blanket that I got from Amazon that covers my entire shoulder, arm, and wrist. I use it about once a month just for therapy maintenance to prevent the issue from returning and I haven't had any recurring issues. I experienced this about 5 years ago. No problems since.
Oh wow! Thanks for sharing that. My cousin told me to use ice and it helped so I can believe that the ice pack blanket is really useful. I'm glad you haven't had any other issues since. I'm going to look up the ice pack blanket and the arthristis compression glove that someone else told me about.
My son has asthma and every since the pandemic, he increased his vitamin D3 and clear lungs (Amazon) he has not used his nebulizer accept one or two times. Because he's on the autism spectrum, we did not get the jab and we traveled outside the country during the pandemic and never tested positive for covid. If your diagnosis is asthma, cut the dairy. Dairy and gluten cause the mucus. I'm a doctor but this is what I did for my son. Take care and remember as we age, the body changes.
Yes, aging does change the body and I am noticing it in many ways. I do take vitamin D3 so I'm ahead of the game there. Hopefully, when the weather changes, some of my systems will as well. Thanks for sharing your insights and for tuning in.💛
