Hi freya i find if you keep your perfume in the box it comes in it stays true ... ive done this for years and been able to keep them on my dressing table xxxx its the direct sunlight on the bottle that kills the scent xx

Freya for the white company book get some white textured paper to cover the outside it will go better with your others. and either stencil the front or attach lettering to the front. love the videos. My favorite perfume is Youth Dew by Estee Lauder. or Paris by Yves su Laurent. this years ago was called Evening in Paris. xxx

What wonderful PR packages you got Freya. I love QVC, I get my Liz Earle skincare from it and loads of other things, I just bought a gorgeous navy Hobbs Trench coat. I also love NEOM and have The Perfect Nights Sleep candles and reed diffuser, next on my list is the Happiness fragrance. I have a tip for mozzie bites. I got so many bites earlier this year and my friend told me to get a teaspoon and pour boiling water over it then tap the bite a couple of times and when you feel brave enough hold the spoon on the bite for as long as you can. It took the itch out of all of them. Your Eagle sweater looks so cosy and warm, I can't do cosy and warm anymore as I overheat even in the middle of winter. I have been know, when it is so cold outside to take my coat off as I am too warm and some people look at me they must think I am crazy. Well done with all the bargains from M & S.

Take Vitamin B Complex for insect bites, you have to take it for a year to notice the result, but it worked for me, I used to get eaten alive but in the past year I think I only got two bites!! And my vitamin was Lidl's brand so you don't need to spend loads for a great result. Hope this helps x

You need a cream and tablets to get rid of the itch. I get bitten too any pharmacy will have it just talk to the pharmacist and he will recommend one for you. The dinner that your partner made looked delicious

I know what you mean about anxiety I suffered very bad with it in my 20s and 30s BUT now I'm 46 I rarely have it. Hormones definitely affect your anxiety, sex affects it, what you eat, how much sleep you get. If you've never taken bentothiamine try it. And start on a low dose and give it atleast 3 months. Also make sure you're getting all your b vitamins and d3 is important too. A good magnesium supplement also helps especially at night time when I think my anxiety as always been at its worst. Trauma in your childhood massively affects anxiety and internal organs especially your digestive system so you might notice changes in that as you get older. Being able to self soothe at night time helps too weighted blankets can help relieve anxiety. It does get better with time I promise you that x

@lindsaymcpupps2615 there is some truth in that definitely yes because you become more comfortable in your own mind and your skin but I don't think age comes without its worries. I have some health worries now with ageing like some digestive issues. So I'm not completely without worry or stress but I think in general you don't care as much what people think of you or how you show up in the world. We are animal at the end of the day and our thoughts are a lot to do with attraction and our mortality. Also financial reasons I think we are (well hopefully) more at ease with our finances when we are older.

As you wear mostly leggings and hoodie I surprised how many cream beige stone trousers you buy. The cream ones from Asus much too long. Really think your invisaline have made a great difference teeth look lovely. We haven't seen the downstairs toilet finished . Still think the boot and trainers look Ugley would look nicer hidden away.x
