After weeks (actually, over the last few years) of suffering from the worsening spring air pollution in Seoul, we FINALLY got an air purifier! We’ve been wanting to do a banchan (side dish) making video with Kyuho’s mom for quite some time, and we were finally able to film with her this weekend :) She is a master at making this stuff! She flies through everything so quickly and can multitask like you wouldn’t believe. She has no set recipes, but just does everything by eye and to her taste. We had such a fun time learning how to make our favorite dishes! ^^
