저 캐나다로 교환학생 곧 떠나야하는데 국가는 달라도 재밌고 좋은 정보들 많이 있네요! 영어회화실력이 지금 너무 부족한 상태라 외국인들이랑 경험도 많이 쌓고 회화실력 늘리기 위해서 언어교환101 회화 다니면서 영어공부에 집중하고 있거든요. 저도 이제 떠날날이 얼마 남지 않았는데 가서도 잘 적응했으면 하네요!!

Hi eyol, if you wanna try to go heavier with weight 4:20 I suggest you do the drop set method. You begin your set with a heavier weight and do them for a small amount of reps. Maybe 2 sets of 6-8 reps (4-6 if it might be hard) then you do your working set for another set of maybe 8-10 reps, and then a light weight for 12-15 reps. You can alter the numbers however you want, the point is to start heavy so you can get used to it! Hope this helps :)

I don’t know if you can find matcha in German supermarkets but I found out that you can buy it in DM and Rossmann. Both cost a rounded up 10€. In Asian supermarkets it a expensive too
