What you're desiring is a walkable city. It's defined as a city/community where people can access said amenities by foot. I love walkable cities more because not only are they more convenient but they're always so cute looking. Like who wouldn't want to live a few blocks away from a coffee shop, cute clothing store, cvs, or coffee store all in one area.

I love the table ! I actually have the exact table . Your concrete looks lighter than mine on camera but I love it . The reviews that I read says it stains easy (so keep that in mind) and as of yet, I haven’t put anything on it to reduce stains, however , I don’t allow anything liquid in the table. I opted to get the bigger size , I’m not sure what size you got but it look the same as mine. Congratulations!

Girl, give the city life a try! Im moving to another big city next month (currently live in DC, moving to Atlanta) and I’ve been back and forth deciding if I want to live in the city or on the outskirts. I decided to do a high rise in the city just to experience it and by then I should be ready to buy something on the outskirts. I love being able to walk out my building and end up in the mix. Try it!

I feel you about not liking the area you live in, I feel the SAME exact way about the area I live in. And I’ve made the decision that we’re moving. My son loves his school etc, but it’s just not for me. I say MOVE. Go where there is a younger crowd, and a vibe. Not old and retired. Move to the city girl. You’ll love it.
