My girl slept through when she turned 20 months. It takes a lot of patience and love. Practicing some selfcare and selflove routines for yourself within this period of time totaly makes a difference. You will go through it as your love is so big for this little bundle of joy, that you will forget about it once they are sleeping through. ❤ wishing you all the best for your birth and baby!

I’m a first time mom with a 10 week old and want to tell you not to worry! It’s hard, but it gets better. The biggest thing I learned from that time though is to have really good support during the day, whether that’s your partner, family, friends, or even a post partum doula. Help is the best thing!

FTM with a 10 week old also - each baby is SO different and no matter how yours is, you’ll love them so much and it’ll be hard in those small moments but try to focus on the bigger picture. It’s temporary and goes by SO quick!

You took me months back to when I was struggling with baby naps and night sleep. Even though it was my second baby it's different each time and it's alot of times confusing. I also took Cara's classes it was helpful to a certain point. knowledge and patience is key👌🏻 it's good to know that your baby will eventually sleep so well 💖

Quick little tip on naps. If you lay them down for the nap the second they rub their eyes, even once, they fall asleep much easier and happier. ❤

I never pack my daughters essentials in a checked bag after that happened to us. It all goes on a carry on because it was a nightmare. Sleep sack, sound machine, formula…just terrible!

Seeing you with your beautiful baby brings back precious memories that feel like yesterday. My baby is a teen now. As far as the sleeping goes, don’t worry too much about what others do or recommend. You will figure out what sleep style works best for her. My daughter slept on my chest for 5 months…. Yes, I slept sitting up for 5 months 😂. She was basically like a human koala…
